of selling any of the leasehold property belonging to the col-

lege here.

4. A consent to the vesting in the corporation of the lease-

hold property specified in section 4 of the Ordinance, executed

by the person who was the registered owner immediately before

the commencement of the ordinance, has been registered in the

Land Office.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency

the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty

and on His behalf.
